He is an excellent teacher and his classes are tailored to the needs and the ability of the students. We are all impressed with his knowledge of yoga. He motivates us to practice yoga and pranayama in the correct way. His instructions are simple yet very effective. Yoga lessons are helping me to improve my flexibility, will power, self esteem and confidence. It has been great for balancing, stretching, breathing and concentration. I am Jayachitra, homemaker. I have back pain due to degeneration of L3 and L4 for the past few years. Doctors told me that operation would be the only remedy. But about six months back some adviced me that yoga would be a better remedy. So I started practicing yoga under the guidance of guruji Shri.Satyanarayana . And I feel a lot better now. My back pain has reduced to a greater extent and am capable of doing many advanced asanas. My children have also joined guruji's yoga classes now. They too feel the importance of yoga and meditation. I am Mathangi, Homemaker, learning yoga for the past three months with guruji sathyanarayan. Prior to joining yoga class, for six months was suffering from cervical spondylitis. Guruji suggested to take up therapy yoga classes for 20 days, In which he taught yoga poses which could strengthen my shoulder, spine and also the core muscles. After undergoing therapy classes am am now devoid of these problems, to my surprise. I was also having pain on my right shoulder, which radiated till my fingers. Now this pain too disappeared.
